Welcome to Nousa – a name born from two worlds, where the soul of ancient Greece meets the serenity of island life. Aniousa, from Ancient Greek, means ascending – a movement toward light, space, and peace. Nusa, the Indonesian word for surrounded by water, evokes images of islands floating on endless seas. Together, they form Nousa – a destination that rises above the ordinary while staying deeply connected to nature’s rhythm.
About Us
Nousa Villas were created out of love – for the island, for life, and for the feeling of coming home to a place where simplicity and luxury coexist effortlessly. As owners, we wanted to build a retreat that reflects the magic of Zakynthos: warm, pure, and breathtakingly beautiful. Not mass tourism, but an authentic sanctuary where guests lose track of time and flow with the softness of the days.
